Descobreix Montserrat
The Cambril of the Moreneta
Climbing up to touch the image of the Virgin of Montserrat is the moment most visitors remember best. I'll walk you through the ritual, the symbolism, and the legend of the Moreneta with the context that only comes from truly knowing the place.
The Museum
Dalí, Picasso, Monet, a unique collection of biblical archaeology. With a guide, the museum stops being a series of numbered rooms and becomes a narrative thread: why these works are here, in a monastery, and what that says about Montserrat's relationship with art.
Surroundings of the Monastery
The funiculars open up Montserrat in two different directions: to Santa Cova, on a gentle walk along the path where tradition places the finding of the image; or to Sant Joan, the starting point for hikes with views over the whole massif. Both can be combined with the monastery visit in a single day.
