Terms and conditions
- Activities and courses organized and managed by Guies de Montserrat (GdM) are led by certified mountain or climbing instructors accredited by the Ministry of Education or internationally recognized UIAGM or UIMLA guides. The guide-to-client ratio will always prioritize group safety.
- Participants must be aware that these activities are adventurous, physically and mentally demanding. You should be in good general health and prepared accordingly. Any relevant medical information that arises between booking and the start of the course must be communicated.
- GdM reserves the right to exclude any participant deemed unfit or inadequately prepared for the activity, where their participation could jeopardize their own safety, that of other clients, or instructors. No refund will be given in such cases.
- Outdoor activities depend heavily on local weather and mountain conditions. While every effort will be made to meet the expected course objectives, sometimes safety or practicality issues may require adjustments. In such cases, we will try to offer alternative options. If the activity must be canceled, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
- In accordance with Decree 56/2003 regulating outdoor activities, clients under 18 must be accompanied by parents or guardians during the activity.
- All bookings include accident and rescue insurance for the duration of the activity.
- Customers are responsible for all equipment provided during the course. GdM reserves the right to charge for any lost or damaged equipment.
- Photographs and videos taken during activities may be used for promotional purposes.
- Booking an activity implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
Payment conditions
- All private activities must be paid in advance. In cases of cancellation due to weather or serious injury to participants or guides, a full refund will be given or an alternative date offered.
- Payments should be made by bank transfer or credit card. Payments via Bizum are also accepted.
